1 What are cookies?

Google Tag Manager helps us to measure the number of visitors and see how they use the website. It is a statistical tool that allows ARCREVO to improve its website by taking into account the needs of visitors.

6 Protection of personal data
When using cookies as described in this document, ARCREVO may process personal data concerning you, in its capacity as the data controller.
The data collected are essential to achieve the purposes pursued by each cookie. They are only intended for the authorized services of ARCREVO and/or the company issuing third-party cookies.
Your personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors (“data processors”) established in the United Stated for social networking and statistical purposes.

Personal data collected via cookies are never stored longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the cookie, and in no case longer than 13 months.
Pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, individuals have a right to obtain information on their data, a right of access to their data, a right to rectification and erasure of their data, a right to object on legitimate grounds to their processing, and a right to data portability.
After the death of the individual, the data collected will be kept for the time period necessary for ARCREVO to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.
